Domestic Shipping

Catch and Classy is offering Free “Express Shipping” via TCS for all orders above Rs. 1000/- all over Pakistan. All domestic orders once processed will be delivered within 3-5 working days; the processing time of order is not included in the mentioned timeframe and this processing time may vary accordingly. The confirmation will be done by our Customer Services Representatives for all the ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders prior to delivery.

International Shipping

Dear Valuable Customer, please note that the shipping charges for all the international orders will be applied on the basis of quantity and the destination where the order is to be shipped. The items in stock will be delivered to you in 3-7 working days once the order is placed, this doesn’t include the processing time of order.

Duties and Taxes

Catchy and Classy ships all the orders on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis which means that a customer is liable for paying any sort of import duties or local sales tax which may be charged from you at the time of purchasing.

Catchy and Classy will make deduction of shipping charges as well as sales and duty tax from the total amount, in case the shipment is refused at the time of delivery.

Sure. All the suits can be stitched in any size as per your instruction. We can customize any outfit the way you would like it, including color, stitching, and embroidery.

Which services do you use to ship?
Majorty of orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail however you have the option of using Fedex or Ups if you like you will be given these shipping options at checkout.

Are there extra charges for larger clothing sizes?
NO all sizes are the same size unless it is a childs size then the price is different.

Do you do alterations?
Yes we offer custom alterations of dresses that are in stock... usually making a dress smaller is not a problem... if you would like it larger we recommend ordering it according to your measurments.

Are all prices fixed?
Yes all prices are fixed however we do offer promotional sales from time to time so please sign up for our newsletter where you will be the first to know about new items and sales.

We are giving the facility of return service in case of receiving the defective product or not in accordance with our customer’s specifications. If the customer is not satisfied with what he or she ordered and what is received than the customer has a right to return it easily within the provided time limit and:
  • The product that is being returned by the customer must be complete and intact.
  • There should not be utilization of received product which is being returned
  • Item packaging should be unblemished and intact.

Items that cannot be returned

  • All accessories are final sale, returns & exchanges are NOT possible on any accessory.
  • If the product is not complete or if even a single item is missing
  • If the product is customized according to size, style, and fabric
  • If the product get stained, emitting perfume scent or body odors, and got damaged even a bit
  • Due to hygienic reasons, undergarments products are not returnable.
  • The discounted sale merchandise cannot be returned

You can return the item to our provided address written below under the title ‘Return Address’, please note the courier cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer. In case the item is damaged or the size you ordered is not the size you received, Catchy and Classy will cover the return shipment charges by picking the goods up from your given address through courier and in case if you have to pay the return fee than you will get the refund or the amount will be adjusted in the next order.
